Physiotherapist
Dimitrije Dejanov has been working as a Registered Physiotherapist for over 10 years in Canada and the United States. He has extensive experience with post-surgical, orthopedic and medical patients in acute hospitals as well as private physiotherapy clinics. He began his studies at Simon Fraser University by completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and then went onto finish his Physiotherapy Degree at Fontys University in The Netherlands, graduating in 2002. Dimitrije takes pride in helping his clients maximize their function and reaching their rehabilitation goals.
Physiotherapist
Dejan Preradovic graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Masters of Physical Therapy degree in 2013, where he also completed a Bachelors degree in Human Kinetics. Dejan was inspired to become a physiotherapist after undergoing multiple knee surgeries as a teenager. He has experience with various orthopaedic, medical, and geriatric populations. He is passionate about helping clients get stronger, feel better, and achieve their recovery goals.

Your physiotherapist will conduct a short interview during the first session to get to know you and your medical history better. This interview takes an average of 15 minutes, and is followed by an assessment and treatment.
It would be beneficial to wear shorts and a t-shirt during visits. This will allow you to be more comfortable during therapy.
No. We are a private company and are not covered by the MSP. However, extended health care insurance providers often provide a portion or full reimbursements for therapy services. You may be eligible for MSP Premium Assistance which provides $23 per treatment session, for up to 10 sessions.
Metrovan Therapy will provide you with an invoice through e-mail, mail, or in person, based on your preference. Invoices are payable by cash, cheque, INTERAC e-Transfer, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).
No. Physiotherapists are primary health care professionals and you do not require a doctor’s note to be treated by one. However, some extended health care insurance providers require you to have a doctor’s note in order to receive reimbursements for therapy.
